      Technology problems can be frustrating, especially when they are small but still get in the way. With my Priority Tech Help Membership, you will always have someone you can reach out to when something is not working the way it should.

This service is designed to give you simple, reliable help without the need to schedule a full appointment every time.

What’s included

Members can reach out for help with everyday issues such as:

• Password and login problems

• Printer not working or not connecting

• Pop ups or suspicious messages

• Questions about your computer, phone, or tablet

• Help with updates and basic maintenance

• General “how do I do this” questions

Most issues can be handled quickly by phone or remote connection.

In home visits

If you ever need help in person, members receive 20% off all in home visits.

Standard visit rate is $99/hr
Member rate is $79/hr

Important details

This membership is intended for small, everyday issues and general support. Larger problems or repairs may require an in home visit.
